If your driver pays a toll during your trip or may need to pay a toll to pick you up then a charge for the toll may be added to your fare.
Due to GPS sensitivity and road structure in certain cases, tolls may be missing or incorrectly applied. Do not worry – just let us and we will make it right. Please e-mail us here with details of your user email, incorrect amount, trip date and time or reply the e-mail receipt.
You can also visit the Trips section of the Help menu and select the trip in question to submit your request.
