The fastest and most seamless way for you to retrieve your item will be to coordinate directly with your driver.
Visit riders.uber.com/lost to retrieve a phone number to contact your driver and arrange the return of your item.
If your driver doesn’t answer, please leave a voicemail and allow 24 hours for a response.
If you’re unable to connect with your driver within 24 hours of your trip, tell us about your lost item here, and we’ll do what we can to help facilitate a connection! Please make sure you include the following information in the email sent to Uber Support:
- User E-mail
- Trip date and time
- Missing item description
For UberMOTO riders, to prevent your items from dropping off while you are riding, we encourage you to secure them or carry them in a sealed bag / backpack. We also recommend that you bring along as little items as possible, and not carry your money / wallet in your pants’ back pocket as it is easy to slip out.
