Please note that available credit in your account will automatically be applied to your next trip. If you’d prefer not to use credit for your trip, you can use the credits toggle button to disable use of credits.
To select a payment method before requesting a trip:
- Set your pickup location
- Tap the displayed payment method
You may also switch payment methods at any point before your trip comes to an end:
- Tap the arrow next to your driver’s information
- Select “Change Payment”
To change payment method after the trip:
- Reply to the email receipt; or
- Write in here
Specify which payment profile (i.e. another card that is already on file in your account) you would like to be charged from, instead of the one used on the trip.
