If your driver pays a toll during your trip then a charge for the toll may be added to your fare.
Due to low GPS sensitivity and road structure in certain cases, tolls may be missing or incorrectly applied. Do not worry – simply email us, and we will make it right. Please e-mail us here with details of your user email, incorrect amount, trip date and time (or reply the receipt).
You can also visit the Trips section of the Help menu and select the trip in question to submit your request.
