You may not have not received your incentive for any of the following reasons:
You might not pass one or more of the incentive conditions, such as:
- Trips / hour = [Number of trips you do in the period (usually Monday 4am – Monday 4am)] / [Number of hours you are online in the period (usually Monday 4am – Monday 4am)]
- Acceptance rate = [Number of requests you accept in the period (usually Monday 4am – Monday 4am)] / [Number of requests you receive in the period (usually Monday 4am – Monday 4am)]
- Number of uberX trips in the specified area (e.g., Map 1.0). Please note that we do not count UberBLACK trips toward this condition.
- Minimum trips requirement during the specific period to be qualified.
Also, if we suspect you may have conducted fraudulent activities or unfairly taken advantages of the system, we reserve the rights to withhold or pull back past, current, and/or future incentives/promotions. Uber’s decision is final.
Please check your payment statement for more information (payment description) and verify that with the incentive blog (sent to your email/SMS).
