A fare may be missing from your payment this week for any of the following reasons:
- The trip was completed after the payment was processed. Don’t worry! Payments for cases like this would be received in next week’s payment.
- Sometimes, it takes time for the system to process and update trips (in the payment statement or in-app trip history). Do not worry. This can take 12-48 hours before the fares show up.
- There might be some fare adjustments that results in the final amount being lower than the original amount. You can check your payment statements to review all trip fares.
